This is how we cooked the flounder so everyone can tuck in and have some as a starter to their meal . Follow the six shots from bottom right anticlockwise to the finished fish .Steps are 1. Make cuts in the fish to the bone as shown so the sauce gets in and the fish doesn’t curl up. 2. Based the fish both sides in a mix of flour and salt . 3. Put it hot oil . Remember in a previous video how to test if it is hot enough. 4. Turn it over a couple of times until golden brown. Takes a minute or two that’s all .5. Take it out ,put on a plate and add the sauce . 6. The yummy finished product . Now tuck in !
